We operate 365 days a year 24/7, helping and resolving situations that the client encounters during their journey.

IT Department

We develop a SaaS platform that allows you to travel by the rules, but in your own way! In our work, we rely on the latest technologies, an agile approach and good software development practices.

Sales

We offer our clients the opportunity to automate business travel in an innovative way that saves time and money. We take care of the comfort of travelers by listening to their needs and adapting services to their expectations.

Backoffice

This is a cross-functional team that takes care of many areas, supporting the proper functioning of the company. If you want to develop in marketing, finance, administration, or HR, you will certainly find yourself in this team.

Frequently asked questions

Can I work remotely?

Of course! Remote work is a model that works great for us and prevails. There are situations when working from the office is necessary, e.g. workshops or brainstorming sessions, for this occasion, we have an office in Poznań and Warsaw at our disposal.

Can I decide what time I start work?

Most of our departments have the opportunity to work flexible hours while maintaining core hours of 10:00-15:00.

How to report leave?

Calamari is a tool that allows you to easily send a vacation request to your manager. In the case of a one-day absence, you can report it without advance notice, while if you are planning a longer break from work, do it 2-3 weeks in advance.

How do we communicate?

For internal communication and teamwork, we use MS Teams and Google WorkSpace. If you have not had experience with these tools, we will explain everything to you.

Do I have to come to the office to sign the contract?

No! The entire employment process is conducted online. The contract and all necessary documents are signed using a dedicated tool and a qualified signature.

What will my first days at work be like?

Your first few days at work are onboarding time, where you will learn about our company and the way we work. You will have the support of team members and managers who will help you adapt.

Will I receive the equipment necessary for work?

We will provide you with all the necessary tools, such as a computer and phone. In the office, you can use an additional monitor, keyboard, or mouse.

How long does recruitment take?

We strive to ensure that the entire process takes no longer than 2 weeks.
